The Intercessory Prayer Internship Program is open to all FA Alumni who have a heart for intercession and desire to grow in their prayer life. If you want to deepen your understanding of prayer, strengthen your faith, and become more effective in interceding for others, this 12-month program is for you!
Throughout the year, you will learn how to pray more effectively, how to pray in faith, and how to pray through until you see victory and real change. God wants to use your prayers to impact lives and transform the world!
This internship includes hands-on training and the following commitments:
Leading on our 24-hour prayer line- Fire on the Wire
Attending our weekly Tuesday Night Prayer School, where we will discuss powerful principles on prayer and learn to pray in unity and power.
Participating and leading in our Friday night monthly late-night prayer events, learning how to flow with others and press through till the victory.
By the end of the program, you will have taken your prayer life to the next level, grown in effectiveness, learned how to fast and pray, and been saturated in an atmosphere of prayer. You will receive a certificate of completion and have the opportunity to lead in various areas of our intercessory prayer ministry.

The Freedom Ministry Internship is a 12-month training program designed to equip you to set the captives free! This internship takes you deeper into understanding how to cast out demons and minister inner healing to the broken. Throughout the year, you will gain valuable tools through teaching, required reading, workshops, and extensive hands-on training.
A key component of this program is our apprenticeship track, where you will be paired with experienced Freedom Ministry leaders to shadow and assist them during real deliverance sessions. They will walk with you step-by-step as you grow in your tools to minister freedom to others, providing guidance, support, and oversight as you learn alongside them.
This internship includes extensive hands-on training and the following commitments:
Required reading that deepens your understanding of deliverance and inner healing
Apprenticeship with current Freedom Ministry leaders to learn by their side throughout the process
Special Four-week courses focused on inner healing and deliverance.
Monthly training workshops with practice in a pressure free environment.
As you progress, you will begin leading deliverance sessions under supervision—eventually stepping into leading them on your own.
Upon completing this 12-month internship, you will be fully equipped and confident to minister freedom to others. You will receive a certificate of completion and become part of our Freedom Ministry leadership team, helping to train and equip others in this vital ministry to set the captives free!
Community groups are where deep relationships happen at Tsidkenu! Our heart is to create spaces where people can truly find family and genuine connection. If the Lord has placed it on your heart to start a group—whether to study the Word of God, encourage one another, or simply gather for fun and share life together—we encourage you to pray about launching a community group.
Launch months for new groups are January and July each year. Groups can be specific to men, women, families, or certain age groups, or they can be open to anyone! Group themes can be Bible or book studies, activation nights, House Fires, fellowship or sports, worship nights, or simply meeting at a café to share life and encourage one another.

Stay ON FIRE for God and activated in evangelism and the gifts of the Spirit by committing to help lead one of our current TK outreaches! Living out of your comfort zone is where you will continue to grow the most and be the most fulfilled in Christ! We encourage ALL Fire Academy Alumni to be committed to at least 1-2 outreaches a month! You can even commit to a weekly outreach if you have the time!
Down the road, you will have the opportunity to start a new outreach as the Lord leads you to! Perhaps the Lord has put a new ministry in your heart in a location that needs more of God’s love and power. Whether it’s a prison, rehab center, senior home, beach, or anywhere else the Lord may lead, seek His direction and be bold in your obedience.

The TK Teens ministry at Tsidkenu exists to lead young people into a real relationship with Jesus through Holy Spirit–led services, monthly support groups, and fun events, where the teens can open up, learn the word of God, encounter God’s presence, and receive love and support.
We always need more on-fire men and women who are passionate about mentoring and loving our TK Teens and helping them grow in the Lord. As a Fire Academy Alumni at Tsidkenu, you now have the opportunity to join us on our annual mission trips! Going on a mission trip with Church Tsidkenu will take your gifts to the NEXT LEVEL and stretch you LIKE NOTHING ELSE. It will grow your character, deepen your faith, and truly transform you. We have traveled to Mexico, Africa, and the Philippines several times, as well as to India, the Middle East, and Europe. Because our trips focus on street evangelism and activating the church in deliverance and healing, we prioritize bringing trained FA alumni who are fully equipped to minister alongside us.
Each year, we aim to take two longer mission trips, along with multiple short day trips into Mexico. Be sure to check the weekly emails and our website to register for any upcoming trips!
