When we all work together, the Body of Christ can GROW GROW GROW!! God has a place for you here and something important for YOU to do. We need you! God needs you! Step up and take your place in the body of Christ to wash the saints feet and do the work of the ministry! As you do this, you will see tremendous growth and blessing in your own life. For those who “are generous, will be made rich, and he who waters, will himself be watered.” (Proverbs 11:25). Gifts you didn’t know were inside of you, will begin to take shape and be revealed in your life. Your capacity will grow and with more capacity you will be able to have a greater impact and be used by the Lord in a greater way. And on top of all that, you will be able to connect with others and build friendships and family as you serve alongside each other, and feel like you are a part of something amazing! There is nothing like serving in the House of God! The Lord is calling you! Don’t hesitate! Take a Step of faith and GET PLUGGED IN.
We have many teams that run this church and there is always a need for more people to help and get involved!
We have 2 types of teams at Tsidkenu. Our CORE Teams are the teams that run our Sunday morning service. We encourage everyone in the family to serve on at least ONE core team. Because we want everyone to have time to enjoy service and receive, we encourage serving no more than twice per month on a CORE team. You can serve on up to 2 core teams as time permits.
Our other types of teams are called our EVENTS teams. These are the teams that run events and tasks outside of our normal Sunday morning service. If you have a passion or skills in any areas that would benefit a VISION team, we encourage you to also be apart of one of these teams! We believe every person has the ability to serve on both a core team and a vision team and doing so would benefit their life greatly.
For all of our Fire Academy Alumni, we also have many different leadership opportunities available if you are not already involved. They include: starting an Outreach or House Fire, Leading an FA student small group, or becoming a Freedom Ministry leader or Intercessory prayer leader. We encourage all FA Alumni to continue serving on a CORE team while being involved in any type of leadership.
The mission of the TK Media team is to help the church family encounter the presence of God during service by providing them with an amazing experience through great sound, lighting, worship slides, and quality online recordings!
The mission of the TK Ushers Team is to maintain an atmosphere of peace and order for the body of Christ at Church Tsidkenu so that the whole TK family has a safe and comfortable space to encounter the presence of God!
The Hospitality team makes it their goal to serve, love, and encourage the body of Christ by greeting people with a smile and keeping things clean and tidy, so that everyone feels blessed and edified.
The TK Kitchen Team coordinates monthly Sunday Fundraiser lunches to raise money for our Building Fund so we can obtain the right space for the Body of Christ to grow and thrive!
The mission of the TK Children’s Ministry Team is to create an atmosphere of love and learning for the children of Tsidkenu so they can have a safe space to encounter the presence of God and grow in their knowledge of the word of God.
The Mission of the worship team is to cultivate an atmosphere of deep, genuine, spirit-lead worship so that everyone at Tsidkenu can encounter God’s presence in a tangible and deep way and receive healing in the Lord’s presence.
The mission of the TK Guest Services Team is to help new people feel loved and known, and provide the TK family with all the information they need to get involved with the events, services, and ministries we provide.
This team translates the message into Spanish to give those in the Church Family who are more fluent in Spanish, an opportunity to learn and grow by understanding the word more clearly!
This team coordinates our bi-monthly Church on the Streets events where we minister to the broken and hurting on the streets of San Diego and bless them with food, clothing, and prayer!
The Marketing team creates amazing content on our social media platforms to share with others about what God is doing here and invite them to join us so their lives can be transformed!
The Social Events team coordinates holiday parties and other fun family events for the body of Christ at TK to fellowship and connect so we can build relationships with each other and grow in love and unity!
The mission of the Revival Conference Team is to coordinate events throughout California and the Nation to bring the power and love of God to a community and activate the body of Christ nation wide in healing, deliverance, and evangelism!
